I feel really stressed by the time constraint in Round 3. Often one has enough resources for big, multi-meeple moves that are virtually impossible to plan ahead until the end. But the threat of being kicked out of the game does not allow considering more than 1-2 options.
My suggestion would be to add one extra minute per turn in Round 2 and 3, respectively.

Time is determined dynamically and is adjusted by BGA automatically. So it seems like no extra time is needed for the average player. You can try to play at a slower time setting.

I agree with the Beeman, this game is an engine builder where you can get multiple actions in one turn.
The time is quite enough for one action, but not for 3.
The ideal solution would be to add an extra minute if you get an extra action, if this is technically possible.
If not, one should start the game with a slow setting.

Tricky one IMO. I like to play fast with fast opponents. Most turns zoom by, but 1-2/game might brush up against the limit. I feel like the two best solves (not mutually exclusive) would be:

1) deliver all resolved resources simultaneously. Especially with chained actions, collecting each-little-bit-one-by-one-with-animations-and-sound-effects can chew up a surprising amount of time. It wouldn't surprise me if double-digit percentages of total "gameplay" are spent watching resource delivery actually happen and

2) implement a chess-style clock with a game amount + per-turn addition of X base minutes + Y seconds added per turn (e.g., 15m/30s).
