Can someone at BGA speak to the challenging issues going on this week?

I feel like platform issues over the past week have goine unacknowledged by BGA/Asmodee. I'm getting boot after boot because I get messages that someone didn't start a game only to learn later that it did start and I was booted. I no longer trust the platform enough to play real time games. And before you say its just me, I've been polling the people I play with all the time at different tables and I'm not alone. This is not my network or my computer. Also, if everyone is having to F5 every couple minutes, what is that doing to server performance overall? Please someone acknowledge this.

I've lost several real time games because I got disconnected, which is why I mainly play turn base now. Customer service vastly needs to be improved. I've also noticed less players too. I've been away from the site for many months now before returning recently to see if they added any new games I would be interested in. Several super popular games (like Ark Nova and Wingspan) no longer have open tables looking for players which I'm a little shocked at because in the past they always had some tables open.

They won't. From what I can tell the site is almost just left to it's own devices, there is very little infra support or maintenance. The devs cram as many new games as they can on, but don't fix bugs or look at the overall health of the site. There seems to be little incentive to fix games that someone else coded, so if the dev leaves the site the bugs just pile up.

We had complicated outage that is still partially underway. It has not gone unnoticed or unacknowledged and information on this is centralized on this issue page.

Issue should be mitigated by now and we are continuing to monitor it.

Personally, I think it would help if these issue pages showed up on the service status page: https://boardgamearena.com/serverstatus
Especially since the server status page is likely the first place anyone looks to verify whether the issue is with their connection or the server.

Hello can anyone at bga explain why service is so bad last few days. Every game I play and finish. I have to leave site and come back in order to play another game. When I join a game. I don't show up until I leave site and come back. Can't go to return to game page. Without having to leave a d come back as I am constantly getting booted off server. Not fun . Newest issue. Blank white page for over 30 seconds trying to go from one turn based tourney game to the next. Quite frustrating .. any help from bga ? Please
