If I understand correctly, it is the publisher (so Days of Wonder in this case) not BGA who decides if the game is premium. So asking here won't help at all, because no matter how much the site would want that, they cannot without the publisher's approval.

And regardless, I see that you have premium account, so changing the game to non-premium probably wouldn't change the time you have to wait for a game at all (and it's possible to actually make it a bit longer as a non-premium members could then play with each other rather than waiting for a premium member). One premium member at a table is enough for a premium game to start, so all the free members who want to play TTR:Europe can play with you without any problem. If you can't find matches, it is probably because few people want to play this game at all, not because it is premium game. It's also possible that you have some restrictions that makes many players unable to join your games (like language or Elo). Check your table settings to make sure that's not the case.

Ticket to Ride Europe is the quickest game to find a match I’ve ever played on BGA. Consistently I tap Play and in 20 second I’m in a game. Rarely takes longer than that.

Even if BGA did have control over it, in what universe does some random person asking in a random thread in a forum cause such a big decision to be made?
