A red thumb says you don't want to play with someone. It may be unfriendly, but someone should not be forced to play with someone they don't want to. That's a legitimate concern. And I'd wager the OP would have mentioned it if they actually had a legitimate concern like that. As you already know, the exploit is way too easy and the return is very high. There should be something to prevent this at least.
