Remove unneccessary waiting in the courtship phases

During the courtship phases, everybody have to wait for the player who won to choose their Fairchild guest, and then everybody simultaneously choose an objective to discard.
During the final courtship, there's also a third phase where each player choose whether to play VP cards for favours and/or sell reputation for money.

All these actions could be done simultaneously. I can think of no situation where my choice of which objective card to discard would change depending on which Fairchild guest the courtship winner chose.
In the final courtship, there's no interaction between players at all, so there's nothing to gain by all the waiting.

If it's important to keep the order of events identical to the physical version of the game, there could be an option like for passing in Terraforming Mars, where things happen in the original order, but players have the option of declaring their action in advance.

This isn't a huge deal, but it is a minor annoyance that happens every time a game is played.

This x 10.

I've never been in a game where what Fairchild was picked and what Objective someone discarded ever mattered to me, but it slows the game down a lot, especially when playing folks on the other side of the world.

Agreed, just slows things down and is a bit annoying.

I will ask Hersh if this can be addressed.

Agreed. Simultaneously is a no brainer.

Agreed. En partidas por turnos es tedioso esperar el recuento de puntos por seguir el orden en que se dan los turnos.
