Help needed - tracking down bugs

Hi everyone,

I hope you are enjoying the ArkNova adaptation. Today I am asking the community for help to track down the two most frequent bugs that are sadly linked to browser bugs so very hard to deal with :
  • Top-right enclosures sometimes not selectable when placing an animal : it seems that the enclosure is always correctly highlighted but can't be clicked sometimes, especially on Safari/iOS. For the "tech" people here, if you face this issue, can you please right click on that element and select "inspect this element" and tell me what exactly is getting the click focus instead of the enclosure, that would help a lot !
  • Some cards of MW are crashing some browsers in some specific languages. The current workaround is to switch to english but not an ideal solution. I would love the help of the community to try to find which cards are the culprit so I can try to investigate what might make the browser crash in some cases. So if you face that, try to list the cards that might be responsible and the language you are playing here and hopefully by taking the intersection of this, we might progress on this bug.
Thanks for you help for making a better experience for everyone!

For the 2nd one, couldn't you write a test that goes through all the cards in all the languages?

being that they are browser bugs, Tissac might not have the same setup/settings as the people experinecing the crash

Exactly, it's very device/browser dependent so narrowing down to some cards/languages would help a lot. We already made some progress a while ago with some folks noticing issue with scuba diving cards in hungurian

Thanks, I think indeed that there is something going on with Green Turtle, there was two other broken games in Hungarian where this card was present. I will try to investigate and reproduce.

Not sure if this qualifies as a browser-based bug, but on mobile devices (I use an iPhone) picking cards and actions can be very frustrating. The finger taps have to be of a specific duration and sometimes a tap on a card just zooms in on it rather than picking it. I hear from other players they experience same problem.

Thanks for requesting feedback and for developing an awesome adaption!

I'm using an Android tablet. Animal-action-card 1 - the text to explain the card is in English not German....

It is not a bug like - the game doesn't run. But a bug like - game doesn't look like it should. If this is not what you're looking for - sorry for wasting your time.
