Sorry to be honest, but this is the worst implementation of Texas Hold'em i ever seen.
Gameplay is extremely slow, and interface is very uncomfortable. (Vertical table for example.)
There are many online Poker sites, why didnt just copy one of them design?
My suggestions

First, turn the table so that it is horizontal, not vertical. A vertical table is insane.
Second, increase the blinds quicker. I played for almost an hour and only saw the blinds increase twice.
Third, put a time limit on each play, not the entire game. Giving players 1:30 to start the game looks normal on BGA, but for this type of a game, a player needs to have only 20 seconds MAX to play or fold or be folded automatically AND they still have only the regenerating 1:30 for the whole game. That's how every other poker site works.

Respectfully, it is simply absurd to say that a player only needs 20 seconds to play or fold. At the very least, with this interface it can take a minute or two just trying to catch up with events since one was last at the table. More broadly, the time required depends on the player's level of experience (of course) and also on the size of the table; the complexity of the action on this one hand; AND the complexity of the play at this table overall. This assumes that one is actually trying to play the game as though it was real life.

As someone who doesn't play online poker... this implementation looks fine to me!
As for the vertical table... make your window wider (on desktop). Fixed!
