Board Game Arena

A particular game won't load the history and won't accept any move, generating 502 or 503 errors.
Have posted it as a bug report and can see numerous others with similar type of issues, across lots of different games.
So I assume it is a site issue (maybe backend) but wondering if anyone found a fix?
Please also report as a bug if you have issues so the administrators are aware.

Yes, it was one game at first, but now it's five. Other tables I can play, but those specific five tables (different games) won't load.

Seeing the same error here. I hope they get it fixed soon!

Word to the wise: Submitting bug reports against individual games for a 503 error does nothing but waste developer time. It's a site-wide issue, not an issue with any individual game.

It's a site wide issue. Server 15 is down since 21:20 (server time), which at the moment would be about 5 hours ago.

To see if your game is affected, just go to your 'current tables' (also works directly on the right sidebar), hover over the table and see if the page says ...arena.com/15/.... If so, then it's hosted on the downed server and you won't be able to play till the issue is fixed.

Look at the BGA site reports on the bug page. Order by last update to get to the already existing reports and vote for the more 'popular'. Make sure it's not a bumped up old report from previous instances of this issue happening. Currently, the global chat is trying to coordinate towards this specific report, but there are many others as well.

Has anyone known how to fox it？ The time will be waste up.

That's interesting - I'd assumed the different servers were load balanced somehow. I didn't realise each table had a home server
