Llama "All Deal" variant

Hi,
Would it be possible to have a Llama variant where you deal out all the cards then you start playing.
My group has been playing that way and it is crazy and fun.

As a rule, BGA tends to support only official variants, not house rules, but you may still strike up a fun conversation.

Official variants? So if I get Wiki to list it then it is official?
I thinks a better name for it would be "Deal All".
