I have Just finished a game where in the Last turn, my oponent managed to perform more than 2 actions even if I had passed ?
He activated all his blue cards in the same turn
How is it possible ?

Once you pass your opponent(s) can take as many legal actions as they have remaining, limited of course by remaining cash, cards, and actions. They are not limited to taking only 2 more just because you have finished for the generation and passed. This can be very powerful as you no doubt discovered! Try to use this to your advantage in games to set up powerful play sequences.

Just to further clarify, though I'm not really adding anything much to Jay's reply:

You can take 2 actions per turn, but there is no limit on the number of turns. Each player can continue to take turns until passing.
So, essentially, if one player passes, the other player gets an unlimited number of consecutive "turns", which can be construed as a series of many turns, or just a single turn of a large number of actions - either way, the result is the game.

(The only reason to differentiate might be with regard to the game log. Once the opponent passes, your first two actions might be considered turn number 40, then your next two would be turn number 41, etc.

Why does this matter? When you undo, if will only undo back to the beginning of the turn, even if you took several actions that did not reveal any new cards.
