Board Game Arena

In more than 50% queues someone declines to start a match, why? It almost never happens in other games, but in FS it's so common.

Only happens to me since I reached ELO ~200. Before that games were accepted almost every time

I'm guessing the game attracts a lot of casual players,who don't want to play players with high ratings.
