Ark Nova, when are new translations deployed?

The animal action card (I) reads: "If you play only 1 animal at [strength 5]..."
I either translated this card or updated/fixed it about one year ago...the German version still has the English text although it has had the correct German text for a year.
Why doesn't get the card an update?
PS I just saw there are many modifications to this entry, but none is deployed to the game.
The user Moosfrosch edited everything in January...and changed the terms.
Who is in charge of the German BGA version? Moosfrosch uses "Bedingungen" for requirements, but the previous translations of the action card were actually correct.
The German card reads "Spielst du mit [5] nur 1 Tierkarte aus, darfst du 1 Voraussetzung ignorieren." ... "Voraussetzungen" is used instead of "Bedingungen".
Should each BGA version use the actual card texts of the physical board game?
Moosfrosch claims that he used "Bedingung" instead of "Voraussetzung so it matches other cards, BUT many other cards do use "Voraussetzung" as well...sponsors etc.
In my opinion, we should use all texts of the actual physical board game. Therefore, I edited the action cards "Tiere I" and "Tiere II" again (Animals I and Animals II).
