Holding at the start for mulligans

At the start of the game, players are allowed to mulligan [re-draw] their opening hand once by revealing that it doesn't contain a tree. If they're not going first, they presumably need to do this before any other player[s] have taken their turn - because they're not supposed to know whether the other players caused a tree to be put in the clearing.
So in order for this to work on BGA,a mulligan check needs to be performed before the first player's turn.Is that happening ? [I did file a bug report after I didn't get offered a mulligan in one game].

Yes and it’s working well. Haven’t seen a bug on this.
