Hello, in alpha you could play in advance mode and with certain scenarios. Will these options be available again?

Yes, this will most likely be included again later (exactly when hasn't been decided).
We wanted to focus on the core game experience and have that available for release as soon as possible.

Please bring the objective cards back for the advanced variant soon! They worked perfectly from what I could tell in Alpha.
