Hello. I can't see a resign button on quoridor. So when i want to resign i have to quit and then i think i lose reputation. As there any other proper way to resign or i have to finish the game anyway?

I think you are doing it correctly, and without losing reputation. If by "losing reputation" you mean "increasing the number of disconnects that show on my profile."
When one clicks the disconnect button, several options are given:
Cancel, which cancels. Propose to abandon game collectively (which requires all players). Quit (which gives the leave penalty). Then there is "concede game (no leave penalty)." This will end the game, and credit you with a loss (and your opponent a win), and adjusts ELO accordingly. However, it does not change the disconnect counter.
However, as noted in some other threads, conceding the game without warning may be grounds for a red thumb. But that's another topic.
