Developers are volunteers. The one who programmed this game was last seen 7 months ago. Even if he comes back, he may not be interested in working on the game again. So I don't think you can do anything but fixing it yourself, or hiring someone to fix it.

This game needs to be flagged with one of those "this game is currently unplayable for technical reasons" tags and brought back to alpha until the original dev returns and has time to volunteer or another dev is able to volunteer their time to fix it.

I am not sure who to contact to do that though. If a moderator sees this, are you able to notify BGA staff? Thanks.

what do you mean volunteers? we pay for playing game, its not altruistic project after all.
Its not the top game to be worried about, but still, saying they are not getting paid is a lil not correct.

I read some company bought BGA several years ago, so Im sure they were planning to get their investments back + profit in the long run.
Lacerda is the top game designer to my humble knowledge. I would love to see his other games on BGA also.

You pay BGA for premium features. Developers are not BGA staff. Some of them are paid by BGA or the publishers to develop some game, but most (I guess) are not. Even those who are paid are probably "finished" once they deliver the game to the payer's satisfaction. Maintenance is most likely not included in the contract.

i dont get your point.
Its like if payed for netflix, but then some movies are not playable. And your answer is something like - developers of netflix are volunteers, they dont get paid. Well, maybe they are, but only for starting the project. If the project is finished - nobody cares if it works or not...

it doesnt make sense at all!

I'm just stating how it works. I'm not saying it's how it should be or that it couldn't be better. But the fact is there seems to be no active developer for Mercado de Lisboa, and the most likely action BGA could take is not, as you may believe, hiring/paying a new developer to take over, but removing/disabling the game.
