Board Game Arena

The current version of Terra Mystica on BGA does not include the Merchant of the Seas expansion. I'm wondering if this is due to some specific limitations or restrictions, or is it simply because the code for it hasn't been developed yet?

I find a forum mention it years ago,but the problem seems not be answered
