Setting up Turn-Based Playing Hours

I've seen it a few times with new games I've joined where the game organizer has setup Playing Hours, perhaps avoiding weekends or sleeping hours; but I have no idea how to setup it up myself. I tried finding this in the forum but am not looking at the right places. Could someone please provide some help and instructions?
I would really appreciate it!

You can't set playing hours to avoid weekends. You can set a 12-hour window for playing hours that begins at the top of the hour at any hour of the day in your local time. This does not mean you are not allowed to make moves outside those hours. It just means no one's clock will run outside those hours. This is available for fast-turn based games (8 moves a day or faster). And tournaments, but I'm assuming you aren't talking about those.
There are at least three ways to do it.
1) Single-game lobby: just set the Game Speed slider to 8 moves per day or faster and a menu to select the playing hours will open up. DO NOT slide the flexibility slider to the right (where it is blue instead of gray) or else you may still be placed in games that do not match your playing hours preference.
2) Play Now Lobby--Manual Table Creation: In the Play Now lobby (see my signature) with the right menu option set to Manual (as opposed to Friends or Automatic), the playing hours options will also automatically appear when you choose 8 moves per day or faster as the Game Speed
3) Play Now Lobby--Automatic Matching: In the Play Now lobby with the right menu option set to Automatic, click the gear icon next to the game you want to play, then click "Show Advanced Options," then under "Playing Hours" click the link that says "Change." This is the most cumbersome way to do it, but also the most flexible because you can precisely define multiple 12-hour windows you're comfortable with and just say "I never want to play with" everything else.
