If a player has 1 health and a poison token on them, but they hit 20 points in their turn, shouldn't the poison still kill them and fhe game continue? Much as you can reach 20 but then go back down to 19 if you hit someone with the "Monsters who wound you lose 1 star" card, the turn still has to be completed.

Yes, you must survive your turn to win.

My last game #681851549 it did not work out that way. He won.

If you check the log, he cancelled Poison with Camouflage, so no bug here, just luck !
