Exclude a player from a tournament

Is it possible for a tournament organizer to exclude a player, whose account no longer exists, from a tournament for which he has already registered?

We have no idea of the user/tournament, so can just guess here.
If their account no longer exists, then they presumably won't be included into any tournament games. They just may be stuck on the 'registered' list like other withdrawn players are.
The tournament creator has zero control over anything beyond choosing the initial tournament settings. They can't change a single thing about a tournament once at least 1 other person signs up to it.

It is the user simonrander and the following tournament. He now blocks a freed up place in the field.

No guarantee, but I expect them to get removed automatically 24 hours before tournament start, similar to very low karma players. You can have 1 more player sign up during that time.

Yes. I think you're right. The user in question was registered at another tournament that starts tomorrow. He is no longer on the list of participants.
