Where is the interface to the time jokers?

Hello, I swear it used to be staring me in the face and now I can't find it. I've tried looking on the login page, my profile, everywhere that seemed obvious to me. I'm not a dummy, but I sure feel like one, and a frustrated one at that.

On your games in progress page, top right, just under your avatar.
