Board Game Arena

This game is called, Schwimmen. This is not 31. Please change the game title. People who want to play the original 31 will be disappointed.

Esp. Bc you can’t play 31 in arena mode, only Schwimmen.

What is the difference between 31 and Schwimmen

The best source for public domain card games I know is https://www.pagat.com, and I am pretty sure ufm, who programmes these kind of games on BGA, uses it as a source. You may read about the different games called 31 here https://www.pagat.com/draw/scat.html, of which one is also called Schwimmen https://www.pagat.com/commerce/schwimmen.html And of course, most of these public domain games come with a lot of variants, too!

I agree. This is NOT 31. Even when you knock using the “blitz” feature, and if the knocker has a lower score, the knocker would lose double lives, NOT win.

"BGA implementation includes two similar games called as Thirty-one. In Schwimmen (or Schnautz), players exchange a card or three cards with the central face-up cards. In Blitz (or Scat), players draw a card from the deck or the discard pile and then discard a card."
