I'm feeling sad

I've been playing for quite some time now. Most of the games I play are based on luck. I seem to have really bad luck. I lose almost 90% of the games I play and I don't know why. Are there others out there like me who just seem to lose all the chance games they play? This has been going on for months. Though I must say if I do win I will change to a different game cause it's nice to see some points

I think I might take a break from gaming. Just played 3 more games and lost. The games I've been playing are bubblee pop and lucky numbers. I guess they might just be a fools game.

If you're losing all the chance games you play, you're probably misplaying badly. Players are rarely getting as bad of hands as they think they are and often are just missing basic opportunities. Variation will give you some bad runs, but over time it sorts itself out. It's generally a fool's run to reliably expect first place in a game with too much chance, the variation is enough to mess someone up there, but it shouldn't be too much trouble to match the average player.

Quitting is the worst solution. Learn from losing. Have fun even losing. It is just a free game. No money involved. Enjoy playing. Even with many luck based games , there is enough strategy to where learning the game and watching what others do can lead to more wins. Both games you mention fit that category. A game I play. 27 games. 4 wins. I still play that game in tourneys. Determined to figure it out.

I just looked for your overall winning rate in Bubblee Pop and Lucky Numbers, and they are both around 40%. That's way better than loosing almost 90%, like you said!
Although Bubblee Pop and Lucky Numbers have a significant amount of luck, there is also strategy. As long as you think they are "based on luck" and lose, you'd blame your bad luck instead of looking for how to play better.
One example: In your Lucky Numbers game 685858044 on move #32, you had two open fields and your opponent had their last open field between 5 and 10. You draw a 4, which was of no use for any of you. But you swapped your 6 with this 4, in order to get a Bruno's bonus. Although you got a good bonus draw, you still had one open field, and the 6 you gave away was just the perfect fit for your opponent to win. Whereas without this swap 4 for 6, you still could have won.
Maybe this was just a misclick or you lost your concentration due to your last defeats. This can happen to even the best players at some time! But they won't call it bad luck, but instead try to play better next time.
You can also watch and analyze replays of better players in order to learn from them. Or ask for strategy tipps in the forum. Or look for strategies on Boardgamegeek. There is a lot you can do against your "bad luck"

thanks guys for bringing me back to reality. I was just feeling down because I'd lost so many games and you're right these games do require some strategy. I will try and learn from my mistakes

try playing cooperative games. bubblee pop is actually super annoying to me, as you are forced to play super competitive to win.
