I see double cats, cat+book as cards. Some of the cats in one of the decks are wearing glasses. Do they mean anything? Is it cat+potion?

The red cat has always glasses! It's indeed linked to the logic of the red deck but it's just thematic.

Each cat (and rabbit) has its own design for each each deck.
