After 50min of waiting ask if the person is still there

Hi,
In real time, the game automatiquely close if it didn't started after 60 minutes.
I would like after 50min of a game not started, you ask if the person is still present and still want to wait for their tables (with a sound added).
While there is no answer, do nothing, and 10 minutes later, we will reach 60 minutes and the game will close (then remove that question).
If the person said they are still there, automatiquely close the game they were waiting for, and open a new one with the same settings, and make others players waiting for that table join this game automatiquely (there is a chance they are not there anymore, but the host will be able to kick them).
Then check for all real-time games they are waiting for since more than 30 minutes (most of them should be open in the same time annyway, so should be around 47~50minutes), and do the same thing to them.
That would be a small improvement, but that would be nice to me
