I don't understand what you mean? They create games, but then refuse to start them? They create games but abandon them? They create games, then quit?

I'm pretty sure it isn't either the 2nd or 3rd option though, because that should show up in the user's history and it doesn't. Their most recent games of Dark Angel were over a year ago and both were abandoned because someone didn't show up by the looks (not the user you're mentioning, which also I'm not sure is strictly allowed because you're not supposed to call out other players in the forums, but I guess you're not accusing them of cheating).

If it's the first option, red thumb them. Problem solved, you won't join their tables anymore. Life is too short to wonder why some people do weird things - if they get in your way, and you can avoid them (as you can here), why wouldn't you?

I can't comment on the arena play being blocked or otherwise, as my ELO is zero for that game, so I can't see arena play. But if you think it's a bug, raise a bug.

He creates games and then when everybody joins close the table.
And after he creates another game, it seems to be created every 3 minutes, like a bot was creating the table.

If BGA have decided to stop offering that game in Arena, then you're probably out of luck. But it looks like Arena is supposed to be available for that game, so if it's not working, that's a bug.
