Board Game Arena

I have had the message "not a member anymore" several times when I clicked on a name in the Hall of fame. Why do people stay there when they ended their membership here? Or did I get that wrong?

How does one view the hall of fame?

The player in first place has almost double the XP as second place.
This player reached ELo # 1 in an astonishing 212 different games, and #2 Elo in another dozen or so.
