Board Game Arena

I was playing my very first BGA game of Tzolkin, have played the board game just never on BGA before, and I was doing quite well. For some reason near the end of the game I was booted out for no reason or explanation.

I was watching the game and everything was doing what it should. I watched players play and was waiting for my turn which was coming up after another player. I watched the sand image spinning on their turn, I could see the count down timer working, the chat was working, everything was running as it had since the start of the game.

Than all of a sudden I was kicked out while waiting for my turn. WTF??? Is there a Safari bug that makes it so that it looks like everything is ok but in fact is not. Arg! This is why I prefer to play in real life and not online

I think that i had similar problem on Opera few updates ago. But i can't say that chat was working because when i tried to use it in such situations only my messages were showing up (I'm certain that other players were talking). And I'm sure i couldn't see any movement of my opponents (it looked like they were thinking). That's why I'm refreshing page few times evene now - when i hadn't have such problem for about year.

But major information we need is: what the info you got after being kicked?

When I asked why I was booted, one of the players, from Italy, said I timed out but did not know why I was booted before communication. We both asked why but the other two players, French, ignored the chat entirely and never responded. Even after I was booted the game continued and next thing you know the game was over. Very frustrating. Hopefully this won't happen again. I will have to choose a different browser next time, refresh constantly, and make sure no other tabs are open as to corrupt the browser or keep it from crashing. Oh well.

if you are taking too long to make a move (you don't have to have a red timer) then other players can expell you without voting, so maybe that french player used it to kick you? But that would be really rude.
