Je voulais comprendre le fonctionnement on me mets que j ai 2 jours mais a chaque fois que je vais dessus mon temps descend extrêmement vite alors que je m'y met au moins 5x par jours je ne comprends pas

You are in a turn-based game where you have 2 days for the whole game. The clock is always running when you are not playing - 24hours a day. You do not get any bonus time after each move.

I do not know this time setting - unless you are playing a tournament game. For tournament games you have a fixed amount of time for the whole game.

If it's a tournament game (without playing hours), your clock is only running while it's your turn to play. (There's also a limit on the total available time for the game.)
