Any way for an intelligent beginner to help?

I don't know languages you use, and anyway what ever they are, I either don't know them or know a thin slice of them.

But I have taught myself a computer language before (Python) for a personal project. I didn't go deep into the language, but I mean, how can I say it? I basically "get" how to code, I just don't actually _do_ it with any regularity.

I'm wanting to get more into it though,* and so what I am asking here is whether there is some off chance that there may be tasks that could be thrown at me that I could plausibly help out with given my status as basically a beginner...

*Because I am looking for ways to expand my skillset for job market purposes

Your help could definitly be useful!
Last week I needed some code to calculate the score and end conditions of my game, which was most of the game logics. It was pure PHP and ended up being 300 lines long or pure array manipulation.
Next time I need help which doesn't require knowing the BGA framework, I'll make sure to ask you!
