I'm not familiar with any of these games, but when I use board game geek and filter by games on board game arena and deck building mechanism, the following 8 come up:

Altered
Aniversus
Arctic
Battle Spirits Saga
Challengers!
Living Forest: Kodama
Super Fantasy Brawl
Wizards Cup

Arctic Scavengers is definitely a "pure deckbuilder." Very similar to Dominion, mechanically.

I am not quite sure why you go to Boardgamegeek for that. You might as well filter here on BGA for deckbuilding games: https://boardgamearena.com/gamelist?mechanismTag=227

I heavily prefer bgg for searching as you can filter and sort by so many things. And there is way more useful information, that I never even think to sort on here any more.

I did realize in my initial search in my tiny screen, I missed that there is another category (deck, bag, and pool building... which I then sub sorted by card games within that category) that would have included more games that involve deck building like:
Abandon All Artichokes
After Us
Aquatica
Arctic Scavengers
Art Deco
Campeones
Century
Chemical Overload
Dead Cells
Dice Summoners
Eminent Domain
Eternitium
Hardback
Koninkrijik
Little Factory
Lost Ruins of Arnak
Not Alone
Resist!
Stir Fry Eighteen
Time Masters

I haven't cross referenced to see how many of the ones on the BGA sort match the ones on the BGG sort, though, but a quick glance shows that each list is missing some from the other's list, so definitely not a perfect match
