Removing a map from the list?

What would it take to remove an official map from the list for tournaments and arena?
I was just playing Night Withdrawal and that map is just awful. I won 5-0 as Axis because I had Infantry Assault, and was able to score a medal for the Allies because I had Barrage early.
I've been critical of desert maps before, but Night Withdrawal is even worse. Even worse than Villers-Bocage (the Tiger tanks map)
