Round robin with turn base

Hi
I created a round robin tournament in turn base mode with matches set as « as soon as possible »
I assumed it meant each player play one game at a time and play another one as soon as they finished and have an available opponent, but now I fear that every game would start at the same time (I set up a 5 day limit, and if we are 10 or more players, not sure how it would feel to have that many simultaneous games ).

Can someone tells me if it is consecutive games or simultaneous ones?

It's simultaneous. You have to jump through hoops to get it staggered.

Meaning you have to schedule the matches?

Yes, but even then people who have tried it have said it sometimes doesn't quite work the way it seems it should. I don't run round robin tournaments so I don't have first hand experience with scheduling them, but there are threads about it elsewhere in the Tournaments forum.

I don’t recommend using the round robin match scheduling feature at all, especially with Group Stage. It can be quite buggy.

If you want one match at a time it works best to configure it as a Swiss. Make sure that the number of players is sufficient for the number of matches. You may need to set tight minimum and maximum tournament size.
