In the List of Effects supplement, it says for yhe "Wrench + File Folder" trigger: "This type of effect triggers when you Build a Gizmo from your archive"

On BGA, that effect also triggers in you build during a research action. Our interpretation has always been that you'd need to file the gizmo in your active first, then build it on a layer turn for build from archive to trigger. Is that incorrect, or is this a rules bug in the BGA implementation (or was I mistaken about see it work that way)?

My experience does not match yours. I believe building from research does not trigger this gizmo. If you've seen it do that, that must be a bug or an error and you should let bga know
