As is well known, in a game, if we can win by score cards from the development cards, we can choose to forcibly skip the game and temporarily not win.

So the question arises: If at this point Player 1 has 9 points and has 2 score cards in hand, but Player 1 does not choose to end the game and win, but instead skips the game and proceeds to the next round. At this time, Player 2 gets 10 points and ends the game.

So, who will win? Player 1 gets 11 points, but Player 2 is the one who ends the game.
If player 2 also finishes the game with 11 points at this point, then who wins? Is it a tie for first place?

You can only win when it is your turn, so whatever cards other players have is irrelevant.
So if you have 10 points on your turn you win, even if another player has 11 points.

In the first thread I suggested that it would be impossible to get 17 points. But the seond thread explains how it is possible.

Thank you. Before this, I thought the highest score could only be 16 points.
