Today and yesterday it is taking a long time to find another player in any game I try to play. Is anyone else having this problem?

I've been noticing this the past few days as well. It takes much, much longer to find another player, and sometimes it looks like it's found me an opponent but the game still won't start.

Same issue here. I have not played for three weeks and now it is almost impossible to join a game :cry:

Would not say long to find another player. I seem to be able to find a table with a player waiting. I join. Then I would say. I am having trouble. Once joining a table. It seems to take forever, if ever, to goto the starting page. Both of us seem to be just sitting there waiting for start page. Until one gives up and quits. If I do make it to the start page. All goes well.

The whole site has been sluggish for me lately. I am regularly having to reload pages because it gets stuck and doesn't update -- both for finding players and within a game (where my opponent moves and it doesn't tell me until I reload)

Every year the first week of the summer holidays has the most people on vacation. It’s also a time when there are lots of other things to do. Combine that with more and more games being added on here, it’s just one of those things.

I’m not having any server problems here in London, business as usual.

Today, 7-21, I've waited 5 hours to play ... no luck. In the years I have been playing this has never happened before. What's going on?

It matters what game and what options you've selected for the game. If you're waiting 5 hours for vanilla Azul, then there's definitely something wrong given how popular it is. If you're trying to start a six-person table of a super-niche game, then it's not at all surprising.

When I played Anachrony for the first time recently, it was a 3-person table limited to beginners and novices and it took a day to fill. Not surprising with those settings.

I'm finding it's taking ten times as long as it used to, and that's on popular games like Catan, Ticket to Ride and (less so) Welcome to My Perfect Home. I normally start my own table, but it's taking so long that I have been trying to join others instead. The problem is, every time I select join, it takes a few seconds to register and then it's too late, because some one else has jumped on. I don't understand why it has suddenly gone so clunky and glitchy.
