Less interest in 1v1?

Been playing Azul for a while now hovering over 200-300 rating with about 600+ games. Has anyone else noticed the interest has dipped? I gotta wait minutes now for games whereas a week ago you'd find an opponent in mere seconds?

Are you playing normal games or arena? Should be able to consistently find arena games in under a minute.

I generally don't play arena just have that option on "real time" and what used to take seconds now becomes minutes. I could play games all day if I wanted to and now I just don't have the time waiting 10 minutes or so on a game. I guess everyone switched to Arena?

Arena is definitely quite popular, but I’m still surprised you’re seeing wait times that long for a normal real time 1v1.

I think it's because the Azul Cup is on and a lot of players are focussing on those games. It will pick up again after the Azul Cup: Season 2 finishes.
I'm almost certain of this real actual fact.

I find the wait time too long. Ready to find new game as this is frustrating not fun. I like 4 players game. If above remarks correct about the arena games getting all the attention I hope it over soon!

I've never had that sort of wait problem while a premium member. Not unusual to run into long waits while not a subscriber. In my experience.
