I've seen a few posts about people saying, "Where's Flanders?", but I haven't seen an answer from BGA?

Did BGA stop hiding our favorite sexy neighbor in new game announcements? Was there a copyright issue, or some other reason?

What happened?

I miss him too... I'm guessing it's a copyright issue, but even if it was, there should've been an official announcement letting us know.

Can we get a hi diddly update?

Flanders is/was my favorite part of new game announcements.

I hope he comes back once the game-a-day sequence ends.

I agree with the sentiment of this post.

But you've got no chance of an acknowledgement from BGA that they've stopped inserting him into the images, if only becase (as far as I know, anyway), they never actually acknowledged this as a feature

Galactic Cruise announced. No Flanders in space. Still miss that guy.

It was amusing, but dominated the new game announcements, when people could be talking about... y'know... the new game.

I miss it, but I don't, also.

I’ll bet if they hid a non-copyright Easter egg in EVERY new game announcement, BGG would actually increase new game traffic, eyes, and discussion across the board.

(… maybe they have already started, and we were too busy looking for Flanders to notice …)
