Deliver question/controversy

There seems to be two different methods that players are implementing, when conducting the "Deliver" action. This has also been (minimally) discussed in BGG (link here ... https://boardgamegeek.com/thread/338499 ... y-question)
This link has the OP asking this question: " When moving cubes from one or more C action, I am obligated to move all of them from that spot or can I leave some to fulfill future shops? Ex: I have a C action spot with 3 cubes, but I only need 2 cubes to fulfill a coffee shop delivery. Can I move 2 of them and leave 1 for future delivery or I have to move this last one to the warehouse? "
The "main" YouTube video attached to our BGA website as a "learn the game" tool, seems to indicate that when you conduct the action to "deliver," then you must take all the cubes, from all the roasters, and either put them on your cafe squares or in your warehouse. You can not leave some cubes on your roaster square(s), for future delivery, on future rounds. The BGG thread seems to indicate that most players with the actual physical game, also agree that this is the proper method of play.
But the last post in BGG, seems to indicate that our BGA game has been created to allow players to leave cubes (at your discretion) on any or all of your roasters.
I see that the official rules use the words "all the cubes from all the roast squares," but then also says "they want to." The pictures/images in the rule book explaining the "deliver" action, also seem to show that there are no (never any) "voluntarily left-over" cubes, that are left on roast squares, after performing the deliver action.
What method of play is correct? If it is proper that we should not be allowed to leave partial amount of cubes on roasters, I suggest we make this change ASAP, as this will confuse the community as the game is played more and more for this new game release.
Please comment, and someone can later declare a bug-report if this is truly an error in BGA game rules.
