Is Preferred Time based on local or GMT?

When setting a Preferred Time, is it based on local time or GMT? Is this simply to show other players when I am usually able to take my turns?

Are you talking about "playing hours" for fast turned-based games, or something else?

They should be local time (i.e. what your device believes is local time). At least it's local time when you join or play in a table.
