Do not base any decisions on buying this game on the BGA implementation

Just wanted to say the physical version of this game is awesome. I don't really like pandemic and most of the variants I've tried, but this feels different and has so much else going on. The implementation here is awful with key information that you need to regularly check hidden away. If you didn't enjoy playing it here, you might enjoy it with a physical verson.

I bought it last week based on a one-turn demo I played at GenCon. We played through an entire game (and lost) at home that evening and everyone enjoyed it.

Specifically what? Your post doesn't tell us much at all. By "key information that you need to regularly check" do you mean counts of troops placed on the board and available in supply, cards in each of your hands, counts of resources owned by each player, counts of Nazgul in each region, location of each character? That's all in principle available but if what you're saying is that physically navigating the UI on mobile or tablet or laptop is a total nightmare, then yes. Otherwise I have no idea what you mean.
