Ongoing issue with updating

Hi all,
I've been experiencing issues with updating for quite some time, especially after my recent move. Despite trying all the recommended steps—such as using different browsers and checking my internet connection, it's still not working.
After every single move, I have to refresh the page to see if it's updated. I've attached some screenshots for reference.
Also, I’m not sure how to contact the support team directly, so I’m reaching out here. Could you please help me resolve this?
