Turn based expel a player

I am in 3 turn-based games where my opponents are not playing and have not played for 4 or 5 days. There are no options to expel the player. How can I get out of these games without a penalty?

Ditto here. I started several turn-based games and only one of them is being played. The rest are just sitting. There are two which are definitely over the 72-hour thing (and red bar full), but I see no way to expel anyone. I also have a game of Hearts where one person has not passed yet, but the clock isn't counting down. If the clock isn't counting down, how would it ever let anyone be expelled?
There is no Expel button - there isn't even a Quit button.

OK, the expel button finally showed up on the one game - I thought it had already been 72 hours but maybe not.
However, I have a Stone Age and a Hearts that have never started. Neither of them have the clock counting down, nor is the red bar moving.
In Stone Age, the start player has never taken their turn so the game has never really started. (Another player on this game has also asked if that person is playing or not.) In Hearts, we're still doing passing (with one person yet to pass), so we haven't technically started the round. I don't know if this "officially haven't started yet" is making some difference, but if the clock never moves and the red bar never moves, how would these people ever run out of time? If they don't return, seems these games are just stuck. How does this get resolved?
