I can't post in the bug report because there isn't a table number for tutorials:

When doing the tutorial, around step 60 (There was no counter on the screen at the time) the prompt to rearrange the tiles according to the photo is impossible because the photo link is broken. No way to upload a photo to this forum but you can reply and send a screenshot.

Please directly contact the author of the tutorial. You can find their name at the beginning of the tutorial.
