How do I exit Guru Pages? I kept getting added, without consent, after playing only one game of that particular game. I didn't ask to be, nor do I want to be, linked to these pages but there doesn't seem to be anyway to leave.

You can just ignore it. It's not like it imposes some kind of obligation on you.
Some games are played by so few people that playing even a single game makes you a "guru."

You'll be removed automatically after some time if you no longer qualify.

I may be missing something really obvious - where are these guru pages?
I got the notification I had been removed - never knew I had been added.

They are found on the Community page.

I occasionally see conversation come up that I have no interest in being a part of. The bigger point is I haven't consented to be part of these groups. I should have a right to choose

You can go to
Bugs & Suggestions to report this human rights violation and ask that they implement an opt-in for gurus.
