Game developers don't have access to that information to add it to statistics, but you can often click on players' names and see if they've specific a country of origin.

It doesn't tell you which country they're from though. It just tells you which country they've set up in their profile. It could be their country of origin, or where they live, or some country they like, or some country they support, or a flag they like, or something they believe is cool...
