Would be a good option to be able to show the ELO and to sort the tables/ games to watch in the watch tab.
For instance, Terraforming Mars, has the watch option, and it will show games of about 50 pages, the only sorting is by percentage of completion.

If you want to watch and learn a game, pick a high rated player and watch the replay of their completed games.
