Unfairplay accepted?

Is it really acceptable for players who are trailing and can no longer win to call zero in the last round, just to block someone with a Wizard from taking a trick? Pure sabotage, basically. Sure, the rules probably don’t forbid it, but I find it very unsporting and it leaves a bad aftertaste in the arena. Do you block these Players?

Likely wouldnt be amused either, but generally, in any multiplayer game, everyone is free to target whom and however they want. Hence why many prefer 2vs2 over 1vs1vs1vs1, then the lines are clear and noone can feel treated unfairly.
See also the endless discussions in the Hearts forum whether it‘s ok for 4th to target 3rd or not.

But sure, random sabotage is not exactly the same / more petty. Though, if they‘d call something reasonable, and still sabotage randomly, would you mind any less? Calling 0, which is pretty unlikely, probably tells you more that you‘ll have to account for some randomness. Also, counting wizards is key, and noone forces you to wait with your wizard trick till it is too late.

For giving a private red thumb, you literally don‘t need any reason.
