Board Game Arena

I played a couple of 51st State games today in Normal mode and zero ELO points were awarded in the end to both players, although I won both. I reported the bug but someone who I believe is the dev answered: "ELO is a BGA function, Devs have no access to ELO, cannot do anything here."

Is there anywhere I can report this to BGA? Thanks in advance for your help.

Does the „consecutive wins vs the same person“ penalty drop ELO gain to (almost) 0, and does that happen after 6 games already?

Not sure how to get it reliably on mobile, if I tab around 10 times I get it once, but on desktop, if you are on the result page of the game in question and hover over the ELO gain/loss, you see its precise value and calculation.
