Hi,

can someone explain this game?
I was the second player, player 1 fulfilled 4 columns. I get a dolphin tilt, each player flips, and the game ends; why?
Is this a bug or normal situation?

This has happened to me once before as well.

This happened to my wife. It didn’t sound correct but I assumed it was a niche rule (I’ve never seen the rules for the Dolphin tile).

This has now happened to me again, twice now, exactly the same situation.

That’s the normal rule for ending the game. After 4 columns filled, everyone after the player finishing four columns first gets to have a turn so the number of turns is equal for all (not including extra turns due to parrot). A turn is drawing a tile. In the game linked by TA TAV, the tile drawn was the Dolphin. That still counts as the turn (like it would for any tile draw), but the special power of the Dolphin is that all players get to flip. Then the game ended as it should since the last player already took the final turn, which was that Dolphin draw.

dolphin is a parrot + benefit so, why cant i have the parrot power?

I got a parrot in the end but didn't get it's power as well. Doesn't seem to be fair. I won in this match though.

If dolphin is a parrot+flip power, I wonder if I'm the first player who got a dolphin, and my opponent got a parrot from flipping a tile and filled 4 columns, why can't I get my dolphin's parrot power? It should happen in one turn, shouldn't it?
